Thought on the Three Pillars of Health

Every body is a temple of God made in His image, and so everybody should respect that temple by keeping it healthy, and the three pillars of health are relatively rigorous exercise, proper natural nutrition, and adequate resting sleep, for without solid exercise, nutrition and sleep will only make your muscles soft and feeble, and without good nutrition, exercise and sleep will never bring you to the level of health that you should be at and your efforts will be somewhat in vain, and without sound sleep, your body shall never have the time to recover and repair itself from the exercise given to it; and so, just as a stool needs all three legs standing strongly together in order to remain upright, so too do all three pillars need to be in place for health to be maintained.
